Terms of Use
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using 1800plumbingpros.com (the “Site”) or contacting us by telephone. By accessing the Site or calling our telephone number, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
1. Who We Are
1-800-Plumbing Pros (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Site and a telephone referral service that connects consumers with independent plumbing contractors.
We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not hold a plumbing license, do not perform plumbing work, and do not employ, supervise, direct, or control any plumber or contractor. We are a referral and lead generation service.
Contact: [email protected] Mailing address: 8401 Park Meadows Center Dr, Lone Tree, CO 80124, United States
2. Nature of Our Service
When you call our telephone number or submit a request, we route your inquiry through our contractor network and connect you with one or more independent third-party contractors serving your area.
Our role ends at the connection. Once you are connected with a contractor:
- Any agreement for services is formed directly between you and that contractor
- We are not a party to that agreement
- We do not set, negotiate, approve, or guarantee pricing
- We do not schedule, dispatch, supervise, or inspect work
- We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed
3. No Verification of Contractors
Contractors are made available to us through third-party partner networks. We do not independently verify contractor licenses, insurance, bonding, certifications, qualifications, or background checks.
Each contractor is solely responsible for:
- Holding and maintaining all licenses required in their jurisdiction
- Carrying appropriate insurance and bonding
- Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations
- The quality, safety, and legality of the work they perform
You are responsible for verifying a contractor’s credentials before authorizing work. Most states maintain a free online license lookup. We strongly recommend you use it, confirm insurance coverage, and request references before any work begins.
4. No Guarantees
We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding:
- The availability of any contractor in your area
- Response times or arrival times
- Pricing, estimates, or final costs
- The quality, timeliness, or completion of any work
- The qualifications, character, or conduct of any contractor
- Any outcome resulting from a referral
Any statements on the Site regarding speed, availability, or coverage are general descriptions of our network and are not promises applicable to any particular call.
5. How We Are Compensated
We receive compensation from participating contractors, contractor networks, and lead aggregation partners in exchange for referrals. We do not charge consumers for our referral service.
Compensation may be structured per call, per lead, or on another basis. Our compensation arrangements may influence which contractors are available to receive your referral.
6. Telephone Calls and Recording
Call recording. Calls to and from our telephone number may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By calling, you consent to such monitoring and recording. If you do not consent, do not call; contact us by email instead.
Consent to be contacted. By calling us or submitting your telephone number, you consent to be connected with, and contacted by, one or more participating contractors or network partners regarding your service request. This may include calls or text messages, including those placed using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Revoking consent. You may revoke consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or by telling the contractor directly to stop contacting you.
7. Site Content
Content on the Site — including guides, articles, glossary entries, and answers to common questions — is provided for general informational purposes only.
It is not professional advice. Plumbing work can involve gas lines, electrical components, structural elements, water damage, and code compliance. Information on the Site is general in nature and may not apply to your specific situation, your local codes, or your equipment.
Do not rely on Site content for decisions involving safety. If you smell gas, suspect a gas leak, see water near electrical equipment, or face any situation that may be dangerous, leave the area and contact your utility company or emergency services immediately.
You use Site content at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from actions taken based on Site content.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or our telephone service for any unlawful purpose

- Impersonate any person or entity
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and compilations thereof — is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1-800-Plumbing Pros, its operator, and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any dispute between you and a contractor.
14. Dispute Resolution
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Venue. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Contractor disputes. Disputes regarding work performed are between you and the contractor. We are not a party to those disputes and cannot arbitrate, mediate, or resolve them. For unresolved contractor disputes, contact your state contractor licensing board or consumer protection agency.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Review these Terms periodically.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and our referral service.
